Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data we handle on sbmc.hu, why, and what your rights are. We've tried to keep it simple.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is SBMC Tech Kft. For any privacy question, contact us at info@sbmc.hu.
2. What data we handle, and why

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser's IP address also reaches Google.
3. Cookies and tracking
The site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising tracking.
4. How long we keep data
- Contact form data: until your request is resolved, and for no more than 1 year. If we start working together, for the duration of that collaboration. If you withdraw your consent, we delete it.
- Server logs: for a short period, according to our hosting provider's rules.
5. Who has access to the data
We never sell your data or share it for marketing. To run the site, we use these service providers (processors):
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and receiving the form
- Google: the info@sbmc.hu mailbox (which delivers form messages to us) and the Google Fonts typefaces
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some of our providers operate in the United States. These transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct or delete your data,
- restrict processing, or give you your data in a machine-readable format,
- stop processing based on our legitimate interest, if you object to it.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn't affect processing that happened before. Send requests to info@sbmc.hu; we reply within one month at the latest.
8. Complaints
If you feel we haven't handled your data properly, please write to us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.), or go to court.
9. Changes
If the way we handle data changes, we'll update this notice and the effective date above.
